Then close the other end with another finger and shake the thing for some time. Then pour out the vodka, and run it under cold tap water to clean the flavor of vodka as well.

The fourth process would not take much time of you, but the cartridge will be engaged in the cleaning process for some hours. This process is good to clean the cartridge when the flavor of the previous e-liquid you used is light and faint tasting.
